Hours 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Admission is until 5:00 p.m.)
Days Closed We are closed on Mondays. (If Monday is a public holiday or a substitute holiday, we will be open and closed on Tuesday instead.)

*We will be open on August 15.
*Year-end and New Year Holidays (December 28 to January 4)

Admission Fees for the Permanent Exhibition Room

Admission to our museum is free, except for the Permanent Exhibition Rooms on the 6th and 7th floors, which require an admission fee.
Credit cards are not accepted at ticket machines.
Only cash and prepaid IC cards for public transportation (except PiTaPa) are accepted.

    • Baby seats are available in the barrier-free restroom on the first floor.
    • Bringing hazardous materials into the museum is strictly prohibited.
    • Eating and drinking inside the museum is not allowed.
    • Smoking is prohibited inside the museum.
    • Pets are not allowed inside the museum.

Access Information

For those arriving by train

  • 1-minute walk from Exit 4 of Kudanshita Station Kudanshita Station is accessible via the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line, and Toei Shinjuku Line.
  • Approximately a 10-minute walk from JR Iidabashi Station.

For those arriving by car

  • Approximately 10 minutes from the Hakosaki Junction on the Shuto Expressway No. 6 Mukojima Line and No. 9 Fukagawa Line
  • Approximately 1 minute from the Nishikanda Exit on the Shuto Expressway No. 5 Ikebukuro Line Proceed along Yasukuni-dori Street towards the "Shinjuku/Ichigaya" direction, pass the Kudanshita intersection, and continue straight for about 50 meters. The destination will be on your left. Please enter from the A direction of Yasukuni-dori as indicated on the map.
